1.     Submit their PAN and incorporation certificate either in case of limited liability partnership or company
2.     Aadhaar, in case of individual
3.     Property tax receipt
4.     Rent agreement or lease agreement if rented or on lease
5.     Neighbours no objection certificate
6.     Blueprint of the premises of business
7.     Katha extracts and certificate
8.     Sanction plan for the blueprint building
9.     Occupancy certificate
Trade license renewal
Renewal in India of trade licenses in between January 1st to March 31st. The validity of the trade license is one year issued by the municipal authority and is obligatory to be renewed each year. The License needs to renew within 30 days from the date of its expiry of license after 30 days authority may exert a pull on fine depending upon the set of laws and regulation of the issuing authority.
